I love this watercolour of Topor, that he gave to Frederic de Towarnicki, who then offered it to me: our days are numbered, « every hour hurts, the last one kills », as it’s written on the clockfaceof the Strasbourg cathedral, in France. And the little man mounts the needle of the stopped clock to leap towards the next world.
